The recordings from Jan 20th were all obtained between 6 and 7 pm.
All new e.v.p's will be available on the main Knoxville investigation page for easier access and are more user friendly. Thank you for your feedback regarding the audio gallery. It was the first time we had tried it and weren't sure how it work out. Sometimes it's better to stay with old methods.
dont be afraid- 1-20-11 This was neither of the children that were present during the walkthrough. This was in or near the basement.
- whiskey
- 1-20-11 While discussing one of the suicides we caught the word whiskey on our recorder in the living room.
- pick it up bitch
- 1-20-11 I had just laid down the k2 meter on the living room floor where it is reported that an ashtray slid on its own accord and this is what I got recorded.
- gimme the phone
- 1-20-11 Although there was a little 6yr old girl present during the walkthrough several people that have analyzed this have determined that it is not her voice. This was in the basement.
- rocky
- 1-20-11 This sounds like a childs voice whispering rocky the laughing.
- whisper rocky again
- 1-20-11 This sounds like someone else repeating the rocky that the child whispered.
- possibly papers shuffling
- 1-20-11 This sound was heard coming from in between an investigator and the owner during the walkthrough although neither one of us moved anything.
- get out or thank you
- 1-20-11 Depending on your sound options this whisper could sound like get out or even thankyou its definitely another voice just harder to here.
- what...mommy
- 1-20-11 this recorder was left in the front living room while everyone was back in the kitchen area. The childs whisper is not that of the little girl who was in the kitchen with us.
- baby giggle
- 1-20-11 the owner is talking to us about the attic and where it is safe to walk when you hear what sounds like a baby laugh
- unknown whisper
- 1-20-11 the whisper seems to be in response to an investigator asking it to make the lights on the k2 meter move
- unknown whisper again
- 1-20-11 This whisper appears to be heard over one of the childrens voices then afterwards you can here an investigator start to speak. we are unsure what is being said at this time.
- loud noise
- 1-21-11 This one and the next two tracks just don't do justice to what we actually heard. This noise was very distinct and loud and echoed through the house. This first recording was from the recorder that was lying on the living room floor. There was a female investigator and two older girls present setting up some test items. close to 9pm
- same noise different recorder
- 1-21-11 This recorder was in the middle of the floor in the back "mirror" room of the house where the girls were sitting. close to 9pm
- same noise again
- 1-21-11This was from the recorder in the kichen where the female investigator was. It was like a loud bang. We have yet to determine whether the sound is that of a residual gunshot or not. close to 9pm
